📦 Shipping Information

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All Swish Streetwear items are made to order — crafted just for you. This helps reduce waste and supports more sustainable practices.

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods. This is separate from shipping time, so factor that in when ordering.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Once your gear is printed, it ships straight to your door.

Shipping time depends on your location, shipping method, and any potential carrier delays.

Pro tip: Always factor in both printing and shipping time when planning your order — especially if you’re gifting or need it by a specific date.

Can I track my order?

You bet. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. Just select your country at checkout to see your options.

Am I responsible for customs and tax charges for international orders?

If you're ordering from outside Australia or the US, you may be charged customs duties, taxes, or import fees by your country. These aren’t included in our item prices or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Heads up: If customs fees aren't paid and your order gets returned to us, we can’t issue a refund.

Where does my order ship from?

With print facilities in both Australia and the USA, we ship your order from the location closest to you — depending on stock availability. It’s faster, smarter, and helps reduce our shipping footprint.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all the major players—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

At checkout, just choose the option that works best for you.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Your security comes first.

All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways, and we never store your card details on our servers.

Can I use multiple payment methods for my order?

Currently, we only support one payment method per order.
Each order can only be completed with one payment method, so make sure you pick the one you want before checking out.

🔁 Orders & Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Since every Swish piece is custom made to order, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they enter production.

Please double-check all your details at checkout — we want to make sure you’re 100% happy with your order from the jump.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Faulty or damaged items: If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives in a damaged condition.
  • Faulty print: If there is a printing error or fault on the product.

Can I return items if I change my mind or order the incorrect size?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Since all Swish pieces are custom made to order, we encourage you to choose carefully.

We provide detailed size charts to help you get the right fit — so please double-check your selection before checking out.

How do i initiate a return or refund?

To initiate a return, please email swishstreetwear@gmail.com with:

  • order number and purchase date
  • description of the issue
  • photo of the defect or damage

We’ll review your request and walk you through the next steps according to our return policy.
