Shipping Information

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Each item you purchase from Swish Streetwear is made to order.

Standard production time for printing is 1-5 business days. Please note that this processing period does not include shipping time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The total delivery time consists of both the production timeframe and the shipping duration. Once your item has been printed, it will be shipped to your specified address. Shipping times can vary based on the destination, chosen shipping method, and any potential delays during transit.

Please consider the total estimated time, including both printing and shipping, when planning for the arrival of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country from the available options.

Am I responsible for customs and tax charges for international orders?

Yes, for international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item's price or the shipping cost.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel the order, but once an order enters our production queue we are unable to modify or cancel your order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Faulty or damaged items: If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives in a damaged condition.
  • Faulty print: If there is a printing error or fault on the product.

Can I return items if I change my mind or order the incorrect size?

No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. As our items are custom made to order, we encourage customers to make mindful purchase decisions. We provide size charts to assist you in choosing the right size. Please double-check your selection before placing an order or feel free to reach out to us for more help.

How do i initiate a return or refund?

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at swishstreetwear@gmail.com with the following details: date of purchase, order number, item(s) you would like to return, reason for the return, and a photo highlighting the fault or damage. We will assess your request and guide you through the return process subject to our return policy.
