Return Policy

All Swish Streetwear items are made to order. We don’t mass produce or hold excess stock.

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed, we’ll make it right.

Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check size guides carefully before ordering.

 

RETURN POLICY

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please email swishstreetwear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you would like returned

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage

Once we receive your request, we’ll assess it and organise a replacement or refund where appropriate. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

  • Faulty or damaged items – manufacturing defects or damage on arrival

  • Faulty print – clear printing errors on the product

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Once an order is placed, it is immediately added to our production queue and cannot be edited or cancelled.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or damage caused after delivery

  • Returned items must comply with this policy

SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT

All Swish Streetwear products are custom made to order. This reduces waste and avoids unnecessary overproduction.

Because of this:

  • We don’t offer change-of-mind or incorrect size returns

  • Approved artwork and proofs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Minor variations (up to ~5%) in print colour, placement, or garment colour are considered acceptable

  • Garment shrinkage caused by incorrect washing is not covered

If shrinkage occurs despite following washing instructions, please contact us with photographic evidence.

Courier delays are outside our control, but we’ll assist where possible.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your gear in rotation longer:

  • Wash cold on a gentle cycle

  • Turn garment inside-out before washing

  • Do not tumble dry — air dry in the shade
